It all starts here. After gell coat, the first layers of glass are being laid. After hull is laid up, stringers are installed as on the right.



More views of the the stringer system before liner is put in, its ten days and still in the mold. First cleaned, then gel coated then the liner.


This is the day she came out of the mold, Liner installed. Its been clamped and weighted for four days.

In the mold, liner installed just before coming out of the mold.


This is the cap just off the mold.Liner is to the right.


Hull is removed from mold, bow and stern looks good!
